Supplements Can't Replace a Healthy Diet.
Consulting with a dietitian is an integral part of a healthy pregnancy.

Dietitian vs. Nutritionist
In Canada, a dietitian may also be considered a nutritionist, but a nutritionist isn’t always a dietitian. That's because Dietitian is a protected title across Canada, just like physician, nurse or pharmacist. In provinces other than Nova Scotia, Quebec and Alberta, anyone may call themselves a nutritionist. That's why it can be important to ensure that you're working with a registered healthcare professional, either looking for RD, RDN, or Dt. P (French) alongside their name.
What can a Dietitian help with?
You won't only be eating for one while you're pregnant. Although a supplement is always recommended, and will help provide essential nutrients, eating a balanced diet, will always be more impactful to your overall health, and the health of your baby. As each person's needs are different, a dietitian will be able to assess where your own deficiencies may lie, along with recommending what and how much of certain foods to eat.

Testing and Transparency
Ensuring quality and transparency in women's health supplements is essential. With concerns about contamination and inaccurate labelling, robust batch testing practices are crucial.
We keep the bar high by testing every batch of our supplement, and publishing the results for everyone to see.
